It's simple. I put my eggs in cold water. I add some salt to the water, bring it to a boil, lower the heat and boil the eggs for 2 hours. Eggs can be left to cool in water, can be placed in cold water, or simply left to cool in the air. These eggs are always well cleaned. And they are much tastier than those cooked the usual way! I do not insist that you try it, but I recommend it. Very interesting taste. Beige protein with a slightly caramel flavor. A very rich taste of the yolk - it turns out very tasty.

Of course, I don't boil eggs like that every day. Only for Easter. Such eggs do not spoil for a long time and they are really, well, very tasty! I would be grateful for your feedback. Write who tried it. And try who has not tried it))
