Delicious and aromatic onion pancakes. I cook them not only for Shrovetide. Such stuffed pancakes can be served on any festive table. Tasty with meat, mushrooms, and fish paste. My boys especially love with cheese and herbs. But just like that, with sour cream, it's also very tasty!

The most important thing here is to chop the onion well. I use a chopper, you can take any blender or use a regular grater (it is better to grate on the finest one) to get a gruel without large lumps.

Making dough. Beat the eggs in a bowl until frothy. Then I add milk, sugar, salt, soda and sour cream. Stir again with a whisk. Now a little sifted flour. Stir so that there are no lumps, then pour in water and add the remaining flour. At the very end - chopped onions and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth. I leave the finished dough for 15 minutes. And you can bake pancakes!

I bake pancakes in a well-heated dry frying pan. They do not stick and roll over very easily. And there is such an aroma in the kitchen that even the neighbors ask what I am cooking so delicious))

Pancakes can be served with sour cream or sauce. You can wrap the filling in pancakes. If you add a little more flour to the dough, you get delicious pancakes! Enjoy your Maslenitsa!
