So, I'm telling you how to make a cottage cheese cake. Mix cottage cheese and softened butter in a bowl. I advise you to take cottage cheese 9%, with it the cupcake is the tastiest.

Add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, eggs and stir until smooth.

Next, add orange or lemon zest, raisins to the curd mass, you can take candied fruits or nuts. If you take raisins, then I advise you to soak them in boiling water for a few minutes - then in the cake it will be juicy, and not dry and shriveled.

Add flour mixed with baking powder, mix and put the dough into a greased form.

Cottage cheese cake in the oven is baked for about 50 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Readiness is checked with a toothpick or wooden skewer.

When you get the cake out of the oven, cover the mold with a towel for 10-15 minutes.
