I fry onions and carrots in a little vegetable oil. I add cabbage cut into thin strips. Salt and carcass for 10 minutes.

Then I add the sauerkraut. I stir. And I cook for another 5 minutes. You can, of course, use only fresh, or only sauerkraut. But in this combination I like it more.

I boil pasta in salted water. I cook until half cooked. Then I add them to the cabbage.

I stir and simmer for another 5 minutes under the lid. Then I turn off the heat and let it brew for 15 minutes.

Best served hot. Delicious! Lovers of dumplings with cabbage will definitely appreciate it!

Ingredients:
• Pasta - 250 g
• Fresh cabbage - 300-350 g
• Sauerkraut - 150-200 g
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Carrots - 1 pc.
• Salt, spices
