A simple and delicious cabbage side dish. Oven baked cabbage. And for meat, and just like that. Especially often I cook this dish during Lent. The cabbage turns out to be very tender and, at the same time, slightly crispy and juicy, very aromatic and tasty! And cooking is easy!
I chop the cabbage coarsely. I put it in a bowl, add paprika, dry aromatic herbs, salt, bay leaf and oil. I stir it well.
Put the cabbage in a suitable baking sheet and put it in an oven preheated to 180˚C for 20 minutes. At this time, fry the onion in a small amount of vegetable oil. After 20 minutes I take the cabbage out of the oven, add the onion and stir. Cover the tin with foil and cook for another 35-40 minutes.
All! Remove the foil and serve. It's very, very tasty! Try to cook. I cook such cabbage very often. Everyone in our family likes it. You can, of course, take any spices and herbs. I will wait for your feedback))
