Most often after Easter, when there are a lot of boiled eggs left, I cook the eggs in soy sauce. A very simple and very tasty snack, which I sometimes serve even on a festive table. Just 5-7 minutes - and you're done!

I pour 2-3 tablespoons into the pan. water, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, a teaspoon of brown sugar, 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger, a pinch of nutmeg, a little dry garlic and one clove. Spices and seasonings, of course, you can take to your taste. I stir and put boiled and peeled eggs in the sauce. I cook, constantly turning, for 5-7 minutes.
Here's what happens. Very beautiful rich color, bright aroma. The sweet-salty-spicy taste of protein combined with a delicate yolk... It's unusual and tasty))
