How to make delicious homemade sausage. Without special shell

Today I have a very simple homemade sausage recipe. No special skins needed! Everything is simple, fast and, most importantly, delicious!

Grind chicken fillet in a blender or using a meat grinder. I cut the pork into small cubes. Better to take a piece fatter.

I chop the onion and a clove of garlic. I cut the cheese into cubes too.

Putting everything together in a bowl. Salt and add spices and gelatin. I stir it.

I use cling film to shape the sausage. I spread 1/3 of the prepared minced meat and start folding.

I squeeze out all the air, squeeze the sausage on the sides to make it dense. I tie the ends so that the sausages do not fall apart during cooking. Watch the video - there I showed in detail how I do it.

From this amount of minced meat, 3 such sausages are obtained:

I cook sausage in a double boiler for about 1 hour. You can also cook in a regular saucepan in water. but then you need to wrap it more carefully so that the water does not get under the film.

The sausages should be quickly cooled and refrigerated for 2 hours. Then I remove the film and cut it. The sausage is very dense and does not fall apart. Can be cut very thinly. You can serve both for breakfast and a festive table. You can take sandwiches with such a sausage with you on the road, to work, or wrap up your child at school.

RECIPE:
• Chicken fillet - 500 g
• Pork - 250 g
• Cheese - 80 g
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Garlic - 1 tooth.
• Gelatin - 7-8 g
• Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp.
• Paprika - 1 tsp.
• Black pepper
• Salt
