Baked potatoes with lard. We all love him - both children and adults. And this dish always ends faster than meat kebab. And preparing well, very simple!
I cut the bacon into pieces. Potato wedges. And I string it on a skewer, alternating between potatoes and bacon. Lard can be used both salted and fresh. You can string slices of smoked bacon between the potato slices. I wrap each skewer in foil. Salt and add a little black pepper. If the lard is too salty, you can skip the salt.

I spread the prepared skewers on the grill. I cook for about 20-30 minutes. Depends on the type of potato. periodically turn so that the potatoes are evenly baked. Then I remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes without it. The potatoes should be browning.
