Delicious, soft, aromatic bread. It does not harden for a long time!
Watch the video (just a minute) and you will want to try this bread! It's very easy!
How to cook:
In a bowl I combine warm potato broth, mashed potatoes, salt and vegetable oil. I stir it.
Sift flour (about 400 g) into a bowl, add dry yeast and mix. I take yeast that is added directly to the flour.
Gradually pour in the prepared liquid mixture and knead the sticky dough.
Cover the bowl of dough with a towel and leave it in a warm, draft-free place for 40 minutes.
Then I transfer the dough to the board, add the rest of the flour (gradually) and knead the dough for at least 10 minutes.
The dough should be smooth, soft and should not stick to your hands. I put it in a greased bowl and leave it under the towel for another 1 hour.
Then I knead again. I collect the dough into a ball, put it on a baking sheet, cover it with a towel and let it rise again. This usually takes about 50 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and put a baking sheet in it for 30 minutes.
Of course, you can also bake bread in special tins. In these, for example:
But I usually bake this bread just on a baking sheet. Then let it cool on a wire rack. Here is such a beautiful loaf:
You can try. The bread is very tasty and aromatic, with a crispy crust and airy crumb. And such bread does not stale for a very long time. Try to cook. You will definitely like it!
