Boil spaghetti in salted water until half cooked. I grease a sheet of pita bread with sauce (I have sour cream + mustard + seasoning from vegetables). And I spread the spaghetti to half a sheet of pita bread.
Lubricate with a beaten egg on top, sprinkle with herbs and spread the sliced sausage so that it is in the center. And I roll up the roll.
Spread on a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with cheese.
I put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes. Take a look in your oven! Serve hot. But also very tasty when cold. We love with sour cream sauce (sour cream + dill + garlic + salt + pepper)
