Chicken liver and noodle soup. Should you pre-fry the liver?

Admin

If you haven't tried this soup, I highly recommend it! Even those who don't like liver eat with pleasure. The aroma is simply incredible! Even if you are not hungry, you will want to eat)) Checked!

I bring the water to a boil and add the chopped potatoes. I cook for 10 minutes.

In a frying pan, I combine a little vegetable and butter and fry the pieces of liver. Approximately 5 minutes. You do not need to bring it to readiness. But I always fry! And I definitely use exactly 2 types of oil. The soup tastes completely different! Much tastier and richer than with ordinary boiled liver.

Separately fry the onions in a little vegetable oil. Then I add the carrots. And I cook for a few more minutes, stirring.

Add the liver to the saucepan, salt and simmer over low heat until the potatoes are cooked. It takes me about 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, add the fried vegetables, bay leaves, black pepper and noodles to the pan. I cook for another 2-3 minutes. At the end I add greens, bring to a boil and remove from heat.

You can serve! Delicious soup. I am sure everyone will like it))
