Sometimes I even specially cook rice or oatmeal to cook this dish))
Once in our life there was a period when there was not enough money for food and our parents helped us. I have already talked about that difficult (but happy) time. We call it "23 kopecks". Whoever watches my videos will understand what I mean. So that's it. That period is long past. But I still cook some recipes from the menu of that time.
These pancakes are from there. The recipe stuck. Because it is economical, and at the same time very simple, fast and, most importantly, delicious! I call these pancakes "rags" for their "sloppy" appearance.
Most often I prepare such rags from oatmeal. She often stays with us from breakfast. BUT rice, millet, and bulgur are also suitable!
How to cook
If there is no ready-made porridge, pour boiling water over the oatmeal and leave it for 10 minutes.
Then I mix the cabbage and porridge, cut into thin strips. I add salt, spices, eggs, herbs and flour.
Spoon the resulting "dough" into a frying pan with heated oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Spread it on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
And that's all. You can help yourself))
RECIPE:

• Onion - 1 pc.

And here's the shit with rice. Delicious too! I tried it with millet, and with bulgur - I really like this recipe! Cabbage crunches slightly, as I love)) The pancakes are very fragrant! Try it - you'll love it!
