Ingredients:
Apples
Flour
Kefir
Salt
Sugar
Soda
Frying oil
Let's prepare the pancake dough. We need 300 ml of kefir, heat it up a little, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Stir with a whisk until foam forms.
Then add half a teaspoon of salt, 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, add flour in parts. It takes about 1.5 cups of flour.
Now we take one apple and cut it into small cubes with a knife, mix with the dough. If your apples are small, then you can take two. By the way, apples can be cut in advance, sprinkled with 1 tablespoon of sugar and left for 10 minutes (while the dough can be kneaded). The apples will juice up, become softer and fried better.
That's all, the dough is ready. Spoon it into a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry until golden brown on both sides. The fire is moderate.
It will take a lot of oil for frying, since the pancakes absorb it strongly. Therefore, as soon as you remove the pancakes from the pan, put them on paper towels or napkins so that the oil is absorbed.
Note: if desired, you can add a little cinnamon to the dough, it goes well with apples. The main thing is not to overdo it.
