I found the salad recipe on my favorite culinary site "Bank of Cooks" several years ago. I tried it and kept it for myself. Now I definitely prepare it every year for the birthday of my eldest son. His friends are delighted with this dish!

Yes, it's not cheap (maybe this is the reason for the negativity?). But I am not suggesting cooking this for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'm talking about the holiday menu. Sometimes, after all, you can please your family with something unusual and new. Or is it already "not fashionable"?

Bourgeois salad recipe:
• Fresh salmon fish (I have sockeye salmon) - 400 g
• Fish, red salted or cold smoked (I have sockeye salmon) - 100 g
• Pickled ginger - 50 g
• Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.
• Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
• Lettuce leaves - 3-4 pcs.
• Sesame (pre-fry) - 1 tsp.
How to cook:
Fry fresh fish for 5-6 minutes, having previously cut it into "convenient" pieces. Combine with lightly salted fish, add ginger (chop it too). Stir and season with oil and soy sauce. Serve on lettuce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
