Puffs with cottage cheese and cranberries. Incredibly delicious and easy to prepare dessert! I have never met anyone who does not like this dessert! Cooking?
Everything is simple as always. Preparing the filling. I add sugar, starch and egg white to the curd. I stir it. You can add vanilla sugar - then the puffs will turn out even more aromatic!
I don't roll out the dough. I use ready-made yeast puff pastry. But you can take yeast-free. Cut into squares.
I spread the curd filling in the center of each square and bend the ends to make envelopes. How I do it, I showed in the video below. Take a look. I don't pinch the edges too much, since the envelopes should "open up" a little. I will add berries to the middle.
I spread it on a baking sheet. I grease the yolk whipped with a spoonful of milk - and into the oven! I cook at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Take a look in your oven!

When the envelopes are baked, put them in the middle of the berries. I have sugar cranberries. I love the combination of sour cranberries and sweet curd filling. But you can use any berries or fruits, of course. And jam will do.
