The summer season of zucchini begins, so I prepare my favorite and quickest appetizers from young zucchini that fly off the table instantly.

Option number 1 "PORK ROLLS"

Ingredients:

Zucchini 1 pc (300g)
Mayonnaise 100g
Dill 10g
Garlic 1-2 cloves
Tomato 1 pc
Salt
Vegetable oil for frying

Take a young zucchini weighing about 300-350g.

Cut into thin strips (tongues).

Salt, leave for 2 minutes. Zucchini will let the juice out, remove moisture with a paper towel.

Fry in vegetable oil on each side until tender.

For the filling, chop the dill, add to the mayonnaise, squeeze the garlic. Stir.

Cut the fresh tomato into long pieces, or fresh cucumber if desired.

Grease each zucchini with filling, put a tomato or cucumber on one side of the edge, roll up a roll.

The appetizer is ready!

Option number 2 "WOODS IN BATCHED"

Ingredients:

Zucchini 1 pc (300g)
Salt
Flour
Vegetable oil for frying

BATH for zucchini:

Egg 1 pc
Cold water 50-60 ml
Salt 1/4 tsp
Ground white pepper 1/4 tsp
Flour 3 tbsp

Cut the courgettes into 0.5 cm thick slices and season with salt.

Prepare the batter: break eggs into a bowl, add water, salt, pepper, shake with a whisk or fork, add flour and mix well so that there are no lumps of flour. If the batter is too thick, add more water.

Dip the zucchini first in flour and then in batter. The batter is evenly distributed and does not flow from the vegetable marrow.

Fry in a preheated skillet in vegetable oil on both sides until tender.

Place on a paper towel to remove excess grease.

It is very tasty to serve an appetizer with a dressing with mayonnaise, garlic and dill.

Option number 3 "PORKY WOODS"

Ingredients:

Zucchini 1 pc (300g)
Flour 70g
Salt
Dill 5g
Garlic 1 clove
Vegetable oil for frying

Cut the courgettes into 0.5 cm thick slices and season with salt.

Dip in flour, fry in vegetable oil on both sides until tender.

Place on a paper towel to remove excess grease. Still warm zucchini, sprinkle with chopped garlic and dill, they are more piquant and saturated with the aroma of garlic and dill.
