Crispy buns for tea. It takes only half an hour to cook. Insanely fragrant, mouth-watering and delicious!
You can, of course, make puff pastry. But I cook from purchased items. So faster)) And no less tasty. It is better to take a yeast-free puff pastry for this recipe. I roll it out a little. Brush with beaten egg white, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Roll the dough into a roll and cut into pieces about 1.5 cm thick. I spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush it with egg yolk. A little sugar on top again.
Below in the video (at 03:28) you can see how I make these buns. In the same video, there are 4 more puff pastry recipes that you can quickly prepare for tea.
Further. I put the buns in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes. They should brown well. Take a look in your oven! You may need more or, conversely, less time.
All! You can pour tea. Try to cook! Subscribe - there is still a lot of interesting things ahead!
