In a small frying pan, I heat the butter.
I put chicken fillet in it. I don’t cut! It is important!
I cook like this for 5 minutes. Then I turn the fillet pieces.
I cover the pan with a lid and bring it to readiness over low heat (this is about another 10 minutes).
Amazing! The meat is cooked in oil. but it turns out not at all FAT!
I spread the meat on a plate where I will serve. And only now I salt and sprinkle with black pepper. Incredibly delicious! And super juicy! I highly recommend giving it a try!
