Young cabbage appetizer. While the season, I recommend trying. Prepares in 10 minutes! I love it just like that, with some sauce. But more often I serve it as a side dish. I must say right away that if the cabbage is winter varieties, I cook it according to other recipes. This recipe is for young cabbage.
Everything is very simple. Chop the cabbage. First, the head of cabbage is halved, then - into pieces approximately 1.5 cm thick.

I drive eggs into a bowl, salt. You can add spices if desired (such as black pepper, paprika, vegetable seasoning, or dried herbs). Beat with a whisk.
Then I add milk. And stir again.
Pour flour for breading into a separate container.
First, I dip a slice of cabbage in flour, then dip in an egg-milk mixture on both sides. I put it in a frying pan with heated oil.
You can pour a little more egg-milk mixture on the pieces in a pan. Fry over low heat on both sides until the cabbage is soft and golden brown. You can cover the pan with a lid.
I spread the finished "schnitzels" on a paper towel to remove excess oil. And you can serve!
