Hearty, delicious, great pancakes stuffed! One eats - and already fed up! Stuffing can be cooked to your liking: mushrooms or meat.

Slice the mushrooms, put on dry frying pan. Cook until all the liquid has evaporated.
After evaporation of liquid, add vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper and fry until ready stirring occasionally.
Mushrooms fry about 5-7 minutes.
Finely chop the onion.
Put the pan with vegetable oil, and fry until golden brown.
Potatoes must be cleaned and rubbed on a fine grater potato.
The potato contains starch, so immediately rub it in onions to potatoes not darkened!
Rub the bow as on a fine grater.
Then add salt to taste and flour. Stir the resulting mass.
We spread on a hot vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until cooked.
When the edge browns, pancakes turn over to the other side.
Remove pancake from the frying pan, spread half of the fried mushrooms on potato pancakes.
Just lay out the fried onions.
Wrap the pancakes.
Sprinkle with grated hard cheese.
We serve pancakes with sour cream and herbs if desired.

Potatoes 2-3 pc
1/2 onion pieces
Flour 1 tbsp
1/3 tsp salt
Hard cheese 20g
Vegetable oil for frying 50g
Filling:
mushrooms 100g
1/2 onion pieces
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
