Chicken cutlets with mushrooms

Ingredients: minced chicken, mushrooms (champignons), sour cream (15%), cheese (15%), onions, garlic, soy sauce, Greens for decoration, Sunflower oil for frying

Cooking method:

We cut the mushrooms into arbitrary shapes, send them to the pan for a few minutes, evaporate the liquid, add sunflower oil and chopped onion. Fry until golden brown. Salt, pepper to taste.

In the meantime, while the mushrooms are fried, rub the garlic and cheese on a fine grater; then add soy sauce and sour cream - mix everything.

We make minced meat from breasts: salt, pepper to taste. We make flat cutlets (I dipped my hands in water so that the stuffing did not stick). Next, I laid baking paper on a sheet and carefully laid out the cutlets. With a teaspoon I made a recess in the minced meat for the filling: first I laid out the cheese, and then the mushroom.

I put the dish in the oven, heated to 200 ° C for 40 minutes. The juice from the cutlets stood out, I drained it and lowered the temperature to 180 ° C, kept the cutlets in the oven for another 10 minutes. All 😉
