Glad to see everyone on my channel.

Here I share not only my experience of losing weight by 58 kilograms, my everyday menu, but also recipes for dishes on which I lose weight.

Hard diets and hunger strikes are not for us. We are slimming tasty and satisfying.

Today I want to offer you a recipe for a curd-cheese soufflé with vegetables - a wonderful dish for dinner or breakfast.

Ingredients I used:

  • cottage cheese 5% pack 180 g,
  • suluguni cheese - 60 g,
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • cherry tomatoes 70 g,
  • half bell pepper - 60 g.
  • favorite herbs - I have a pinch of the Herbs of Greece spice, salt and black pepper to taste.

You can add vegetables to such a dish to your liking, for example, you can add zucchini or pumpkin (which I would have boiled in advance).

✅ It's very easy to prepare.

Mix (preferably with a blender to get a homogeneous mass) cottage cheese and eggs, salt and pepper to taste, add a pinch of your favorite herbs.

Rub the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the cherry tomatoes into 4 parts, cut the bell pepper into small cubes.

Add vegetables and cheese to the curd mass and mix.

We spread on the molds.

Those who do not have portioned molds - you can bake in the usual form for baking a small volume and then divide the ready-made into portions. Or you can use muffin cups.

Top can be decorated with tomato slices.

You can sprinkle it with cheese a little, for an appetizing cheese crust, but I did not weigh KBZHU.

We send it to the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

I got 2 servings from the indicated number of products.
Each serving of 230 g - 310 kcal.
For dinner, I was quite full of such a portion.
