Cooking method:
Pour sour cream, mayonnaise into a bowl and break eggs. Add sugar, salt and soda.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Add flour and knead the dough until it stops sticking. The amount of flour may vary depending on how thin your sour cream is.
We divide the dough into 4 parts and form circles.
Roll out the cake with a thickness of about 6 - 7 mm.
Pour 2-3 tbsp into the pan. tablespoons of oil and heat it thoroughly. We spread the cake and pierce it with a fork in different places.
Fry the cake on both sides until golden brown. The fire must be strong enough, then the cakes will rise.
