A salad with chicken and potatoes can be prepared in literally a matter of minutes if all the ingredients have been cooked in advance. Boil the potatoes in their skins, then cool in cold water. To make boiled chicken tastier, you can put roots, herbs, spices and herbs in the broth. In the future, the aromatic broth can be used to make soup, side dish or gravy. For salad, both low-fat chicken breast and more fatty meat (thigh, drumstick) are suitable.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken meat - 200 g
  • Boiled potatoes (large) - 1 pc.
  • Pickled cucumber - 2 pcs.
  • Canned green peas - 180 g
  • Fresh greens - 5 branches
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
