Usually this salad is one of my family's favorites, prepared in early spring, when fresh and juicy greens are sold literally at every turn. But we were incredibly lucky, and it just so happened that the radish crop in our region is grown several times a year, and greens generally grow in greenhouses all year round in every private house. Therefore, if you are as lucky as we are, then be sure to prepare this beloved spring vitamin salad and please your family with delicious and healthy food.
Ingredients:
Radish - 120 g
Green onions - 2 pcs.
Cucumber - 120 g
Chicken egg - 3 pcs.
Dill - 5 g
Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
How to cook:
To prepare a salad with green onions, eggs, radishes and cucumbers, prepare the foods on the list. Wash vegetables and herbs under running water and pat dry with paper towels. For radishes and cucumbers, trim the tails on both sides, separate the dill twigs from the stems.
It is best to take sour cream with a high percentage of fat, since radish and cucumber will certainly let juice during cooking and the finished salad may turn out to be too liquid. Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes, cool in cold water, peel them.
First of all, cut the radish into slices / slices or whatever you like.
Cut the cucumber into convenient slices, add to the bowl to the radish.
Then cut the onion - the white and green parts - into equal slices. Pour into the rest of the vegetables.
Coarsely chop the boiled chicken eggs, add to the salad.
Finely chop the dill sprigs, add to the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste, season the dish with fatty sour cream.
Mix the finished salad thoroughly, let it stand for a couple of minutes. When the cucumber and radish are juiced and juicy, you can serve.
Ideal salad of green onions with radish and cucumber goes well with mashed potatoes and absolutely any meat.
