Baking without baking hassle and complex forming - from purchased frozen dough. The price is justified and a good result is guaranteed. If you are planning a tea party with your family or friends, a children's party, a country picnic, or you need a quick snack, prepare puff pastry triangles.

The choice of filling is yours. Neutral dough goes well with berries, fruits, cottage cheese, jam, chocolate (this option is for sweet), mushrooms, fish, meat, vegetables, legumes, cereals, cheese, sausages and all sorts of sausages products. Unsweetened snack puffs are suitable for lovers of sandwiches and hearty food.

Ingredients:

Puff pastry - 400 g

Jam - 150 g

Sugar - 30 g

Flour - for dusting

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To make filled puff triangles at home, take the foods listed. Ideally, defrost the semi-finished product slowly on the refrigerator shelf (after transferring it from the freezer). But if you suddenly missed, as I did, and your dough melted thoroughly, and the layers of the roll stuck together and do not spread out in an even layer, do not grieve. A little more manipulation and pies will delight you with taste and weightlessness. For such a soft dough, you will also need flour to sprinkle the work surface and re-roll the cake.

Step 2 - Doughly flour the tabletop or board, roll out the puff pastry - fold it in four and stretch it again with a rolling pin. Thus, we return the layering.

Step 3 - Having rolled out the rectangle, divide it in half: into two squares.

Step 4 - Place jam or other filling of your choice near one of the corners of each square layer.

Step 5 - Cover with the opposite corner: bend the dough diagonally. We form puff triangles with filling.

Step 6 - With a fork we press the joints of the lower and upper parts - we act with some effort so that the puffs do not break when baking. We cut off the illiquid edge. We use the trimmings again.

Step 7 - Sprinkle with water and sprinkle with granulated sugar for a brittle crust. Transfer to a floured baking sheet (you can cover oiled parchment). We send it to a hot oven for about 25-30 minutes, bake at a temperature of 190 degrees.

Step 8 - Cool the rosy triangles of puff pastry with jam and serve with a bite with tea, compote, milk and other drinks.
