This cake recipe is versatile. You can take any dough - whatever you like. You can add any cheese to the filling - hard, processed or Adyghe cheese. It always turns out tasty. There is no substitute for one ingredient here - it is green onions. I highly recommend this recipe!

First, the filling. Finely chop the onion, combine with eggs and grated cheese, salt to taste and mix.
My dough is puff today. Usually I cook myself. But you can also take a store. I roll it out with a thickness of 3-5 mm and spread it on the bottom of the mold. You can just put it on a baking sheet. Top - filling.
Cover with a second layer of dough, join the edges, prick a little with a fork and grease with yolk whipped with a spoonful of milk. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, but you don't have to.
I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. The time, of course, depends on the dough you will be using and the nature of your oven.
I cut and serve. Delicious both cold and hot!
