Why do we love curd donuts and why we call them "koloboks"

Curd donuts. The main ingredient here is sweet vanilla cheeses. Remember, there were two types of them before - with raisins and just vanilla... Donuts with such curd cheese turned out to be very tasty!

In a bowl I combine sifted flour, sugar and soda. I stir it. I add eggs.

And vanilla curds. You can add curd mass or regular curd instead of them (but then you need to grind it through a sieve and add a little more sugar and vanillin).

I mix everything. you get such a sticky dough:

If it sticks too much, I add a little more flour, but just a little bit, otherwise the dough will be "heavy". I sprinkle a spoonful of flour nearby and form small balls. It should be borne in mind that during cooking they will slightly increase in volume. I make them about 3-3.5 cm in diameter.

Gently dip the balls into the heated oil with a spoon. And here - the most interesting! Even if the balls were uneven, they become perfectly round and themselves turn over in the oil. That's why we call them "Koloboks"))

I put the finished balls on a paper towel. But this is not necessary as the balls do not take up much oil. It turns out about 50 balls.

The donuts are very soft, tender and very tasty!

Ingredients:
• Sweet vanilla cheeses - 5 pcs. (500 g)
• Flour - 10-12 tbsp. (250-300 g)
• Sugar - 4 tbsp.
• Eggs - 3pcs
• Soda - 1 tsp.
