COOKING:
Sift flour into a bowl - 3 cups. For this recipe, I measure everything in glasses. My glass is 250 ml

I add 0.5 cups of water and 0.5 cups of vegetable oil. I use the usual cold water.

This also includes salt and sugar. I knead the dough. I always add a little sugar to this dough. But I tried without it - a little "fresh", but also delicious! Therefore, if desired, sugar can be excluded, although it is still tastier with it. The dough is very elastic.

Cut into pieces (into 7-8 pieces).

I roll each piece as thinly as possible! Even the table should be visible through the dough:

Any filling is suitable for these pies. I usually cook with stewed cabbage. But today I added fried meat to the cabbage. I like these minced meat and rice pies. It's also very tasty with apples.

I put a lot of fillings! And I roll it up.

These are the pies you get. I spread them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and put them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

During this time, the dough will brown well and become crispy and very tasty!

• Water - 0.5 stack.
• Sunflower oil - 0.5 stack.
• Flour - 3 stacks.
• Sugar - 1 tbsp.
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.
• Filling (stewed cabbage + fried pieces of meat)
