Hearty meal for a large family: chicken drumsticks with wild mushrooms and potatoes

I want to share a simple recipe for cooking a hearty dish with a side dish in the oven.
Especially appetizing turns to cook it in the season of mushrooms.

Incidentally frozen mushrooms or mushrooms from the store is also good at it. Even on holiday table file is not a shame.

Ingredients:

1 kg of chicken drumsticks
1.5 kN potatoes
300-400 gr. fungi (forest aromatic)
1 head of onions
50 oz. hard cheese
150 ml mayonnaise
salt
black pepper powder
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Mushrooms clean, cut and boil in salted water for about 15 minutes. Then drain.
If the fungus is already cooked and frozen, then we can use them. Either take mushrooms, which are not necessarily boil.
But I recommend to fry, so the mushroom flavor unfold better.

2. Chicken legs wash and dry cloth.
3. Onion peel and cut into half rings.

4. In a bowl put the leg and sprinkle the onions. Pour half of the mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste. If there is - Pour seasoning for chicken.

Leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes.

5. Potatoes Wash, peel and cut into slices. Pour potatoes in vegetable oil, add a little salt and a little pepper. Mix.

6. At the bottom of the refractory mold lay potato slices and add 100 mL of water.
7. Then put the mushrooms, onion, which is marinated with chicken.
And on top of chicken drumsticks.

8. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
9. Put the form into the oven. Bake shin with potatoes 40 minutes.

10. Cheese grate.

11. Get the form from the oven, sprinkle generously with cheese and grease residues mayonnaise.

12. Bake for another 15-25 minutes shin until cooked potatoes.

Very tasty chicken legs with mushrooms and potatoes - are ready. Serve hot.
