How can you gain so much? And just like that, without noticing it, if not strange. Because no one does not want to notice that weight is increasing, that the reflection in the mirror is appalling. So I looked in the mirror and pretended not to notice how easy it is to swim fat. Like everyone else, I was afraid to admit that he could not just bust... that have some sort of... tin).
Naturally, there were periods of prosinetleny, regular diet, fasting, breakdowns, diet again and again ice jams. Naturally, the weight of which was discharged during such periods and brought back with friends. All that was discharged was returned twice. Plus it was purchased another sore stomach and not only. I broke your metabolism experiments with diets, it seemed to me that I have always stomach aches.
And after the next diet (I wanted to lose weight to 118 kg) and the subsequent breakdown (hello my 125kg!). In my eyes like a veil I was attacked. I did not hear and did not see anything that concerned my weight.
I just jammed everything that happened in my life.
Jammed chips, fried pork, rolls, pies, salads with mayonnaise and certainly the most favorite - boutiques with sausage and sweet tea for the night, so that's quite straight was good.
And thanks to the universe that the day came when I turned in all upside down. In that happy I got a good kick day for me (understand it now)))), rethought his life, their way of life, reached into himself and has found the motivation to lose weight, but this is already half a year can not stay)).
It is interesting that such a kick may be all that anything - and nagryanuvshaya disease, and even a couple of phrases thrown casual (as I have)... switch in your head can work all of a sudden)

I go to their goal for six months. Paul, I adhere to proper nutrition and calorie deficiency. At the same time, I eat delicious, gorge, and I have absolutely no desire to eat zapreschenochki).
To date, my result - minus 30 kg! I'm happy with the result! And most importantly, that such a result I have achieved without harm to their health. On the contrary, I began to feel much better and forgot that may hurt the stomach, legs swell, increase blood pressure and heart ache.
