I offered them to meat lovers and was surprised when they scattered not to "try", but as an addition with the phrase: "Is there more?"

Very fast, very tasty and practically for nothing! I took the recipe from my mom's notebook. When I cooked for the first time, I thought that I would have to eat them all myself. But such cutlets were eaten with pleasure even by those who do not understand "how is it - cutlets without meat?"

There are many more interesting onion recipes in the video below. Look - you will like it))

These cutlets taste like meatballs or fish cakes. But no one immediately guessed what I was preparing them from.

And the ingredients are the most common and most affordable. Finely chop the onion. I just cut it. I don't use a grater, a meat grinder or a blender for this recipe. Otherwise, nothing will work.

I put the chopped onion in a bowl, add semolina, finely grated garlic, eggs, salt and black pepper.

I mix everything until smooth. I leave it on the table for 10 minutes.

Then I form cutlets and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Average fire.

You can steam a little under the lid and serve. But I definitely still stew these cutlets in tomato sauce. To do this, I "fry" tomato juice in a frying pan a little and fill it with cutlets.

Carcass for 10 minutes and remove from heat. Now that's it!

INGREDIENTS:

• Onions - 0.5 kg
• Garlic - 2-3 cloves
• Semolina - 100g
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Salt
• Ground black pepper
• Tomato juice - 1.5 cups (you can use tomato paste)
