I like to add fresh cucumber to salads - with it any salad is more aromatic and fresher. But it's good if the salad is eaten right away. And if you stand... The cucumber will flow, of course. And the salad will not look appetizing at all. But I have been using one little trick for a long time. Of course, I didn’t come up with it! I don’t even remember where I looked. But it works! Therefore, I share with you! Everything is very simple.

My cucumber, cut the tails and cut in half. Then along. Like this:

Now, using a teaspoon, I remove the middle (the one where the seeds are). Just cleaning it up.

Now I cut the cucumber diagonally. Can be cut into cubes (if, for example, I add to Olivier or vinaigrette)

And I send it to the salad. All! This salad won't run much longer. And it will look delicious!

Of course, I don't throw away the cucumber "insides"! I add them to other dishes. For example, in sauces or marinades. Before the holidays, when I use a lot of cucumbers, I freeze these leftovers, and use it a little later. After defrosting, the aroma of the cucumber is no worse))
