Any cheese, mushrooms, any vegetables - whatever you like or have in the fridge at the moment.
Every time a new taste, but it's always incredibly tasty! And it looks very tasty and festive!
Grind the chicken fillet in a blender. Salt, add spices and an egg. I knead the minced meat well and beat it a little.
Then I spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. I distribute with a spatula. I form such a meat cake:
This will be the base of the cake. I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Then I take out the baking sheet. I grease the meat crust with any tomato sauce.
We love it when the sauce is spicy.
On top I distribute the Adyghe cheese, sweet pepper rings, mushrooms and tomatoes.
And more cheese. You need a lot of cheese here!
I add pieces of mozzarella and hard cheese grated on a fine grater. But, as I said, cheese can be anything.
I put it in the oven again, preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Of course, it is better to serve such a pie hot. But it's also delicious when cold!
And as an appetizer and as a main course. Can be served with a side dish or with a slice of fresh bread. Try it - it's delicious!
