Everything is very, very simple and very fast! Sift flour into a bowl and add butter (or margarine)
I grind it into crumbs.
Then I add egg yolk, a pinch of salt and kefir. Instead of kefir, you can take unsweetened yogurt or sour cream.
I'm mixing it all up. At first, it may seem that there is little flour. But don't add - everything will work out!

You can immediately roll out and shape pies or cookies. But it is better to put the dough in the refrigerator until it hardens. It is then easier to work with him. Here is the dough inside when it hardens:
Now you can shape the patties. I roll out the dough and spread a little starch so that the dough does not get wet (I have a very juicy apple filling today)
I spread the grated apples and some sugar.
I form a pie. Likewise the rest. And bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. The filling, of course, can be any.

You can simply roll out the dough 3-4 mm thick, put one side in sugar and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
