My favorite combination is curd dough and apple filling. It's always delicious! And everything is very, very simple.
I add 3 tablespoons to the sifted flour. sugar, a pinch of salt and 10 g of baking powder. I stir it. Instead of baking powder, you can take 1 tsp. soda quenched with lemon juice.
Now I add eggs, vegetable oil and cottage cheese. I use five percent, but you can, of course, take cottage cheese of any fat content.
I knead a soft dough. I do it with a mixer, but with my hands, of course, everything works out great, just a little longer. The dough should not stick to your hands. If it sticks, I add a spoonful of flour (but no more, otherwise the dough will be heavy).
For the filling today, I took 3 medium apples. The more sour the apples, the tastier it turns out. I cut them (along with the skin) into small pieces.
I divide the dough in half, then each half into 4 more parts. It usually turns out 8 "convenient" size buns.
I roll out each piece of dough 5-7 mm thick. I put the apples on one half and sprinkle them with sugar. You can add cinnamon if you like.
In the second half of the cake, I make several cuts and wrap it up. All other buns are shaped in the same way.
I spread the buns on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and put them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
This is delicious! Soft #dough and sweet and sour filling. Of course, the fillings can be different - you can make such buns with any berries and fruits (fresh or frozen). Sometimes I cook with baked pumpkin in autumn, and with oranges in winter. But the most delicious is still with apples!
