Today I cooked these crab pancakes with cheese for breakfast. Delicious, satisfying, and easy to prepare. They are good both hot and cold, just delicious! The recipe is worthy of your cookbook, write it down so you don't lose it.
Preparation:
We need one pack of crab sticks (about 250g if you buy loose). We rub them on a coarse grater or cut with a knife.
Add one grated processed cheese to the crab sticks. We also rub half a small zucchini on a fine grater, squeeze the juice slightly and add to the sticks and cheese. If the zucchini is large, then add even less, you don't need much zucchini.
Now we drive in one egg, put 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste, add chopped herbs if desired. By the way, do not overdo it with salt, because it is contained in some ingredients (sticks, cheese, mayonnaise).
Add some flour. I always put it on the eye, focusing on the consistency. It turns out about 3-5 tablespoons, depending on how juicy the zucchini is.
By the way, several times I cooked these pancakes on pancake flour, it also turns out very tasty, so you can use it too.
Spoon the resulting dough into a pan with heated vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown. I advise you to immediately spread the pancakes on paper towels after frying, because they absorb a lot of oil.
Serve with sour cream, ketchup or any sauce. Delicious! Bon appetit, friends!
