The recipe was left to me in the comments by my subscriber. And I immediately cooked this appetizer. I liked it very much! It looks like a pizza, but it tastes like a completely different dish! Can be served as an appetizer or instead of bread for first courses.
Preparation:
I took my own dough recipe - the fastest of those that I know. I breed yeast in warm water, add salt and sugar.
Sift flour into a bowl (not all at once). I pour the yeast mixture into the middle and start kneading the dough. Here is also vegetable oil. I knead first with a spoon, and then with my hands. Gradually add flour.
The dough remains slightly sticky - this is normal. I leave the dough in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. It will increase in volume by about 2 times. I spread it on the board and divide it into 2 parts.
This dough can be frozen. Therefore, if I do not use it right away, the second piece can be frozen.
Gather the dough into a ball and roll it out thinly. I spread it on a baking sheet. I am using a pizza pan.
Now mustard. You can take any, just not too sharp. I liked the mustard with honey in this dish. I apply it with a brush. You can use granular mustard - the taste is even more interesting! I distribute it over the test.
Put grated cheese on top of the mustard. I distribute it over the entire surface of the dough. And on top of the cheese - tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into slices (not too thin).
Salt the tomatoes and add a little black pepper. If you like it sharper - you can add more pepper.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. I bake for 7-8 minutes (depending on the oven, of course). This dish is best served hot. I cut it like a pizza.
And you can serve! Believe me, this is not pizza at all! Spicy, slightly spicy appetizer with a delicate creamy cheese flavor and sourness from tomatoes. Plus sweet dough... Try it - it's delicious!
