I love this casserole (we call it "potato lasagna") - it is not difficult to cook, and the result is always amazing It is very suitable as a hot dish on a festive table! Delicious, juicy and aromatic!

First, prepare the potatoes. I clean it, cut it into thin slices and boil it for 4-5 minutes in salted water (almost until cooked - it depends on the variety). I use a deep-fried mesh for this (very convenient).

Now the filling. In a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the onion until soft (chop it finely). Then I add the minced meat (any meat will do). Salt and add my favorite spices. I fry the minced meat almost until tender.

I cut the tomatoes in half and grate them (the skin remains in the hand). I send the tomato pulp to the minced meat. Carcass for a few more minutes.

Collecting the casserole. Put a layer of potatoes in a baking dish.

Then half the minced meat and a layer of cheese. Potatoes again.

Now the tomatoes. I peel off the skin and cut into slices. For tomatoes - a little dry basil and the other half of the minced meat.

Some cheese and potatoes again. The top layer is cheese. I put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. If I'm cooking with chicken, I put a few slices of butter on top.

Serving hot! Well, it's very tasty!
