This recipe is actually very simple if you have puff pastry on hand. Recently I described a variant of its preparation. I still like the classic version, because smooth and beautiful puffs are obtained from it.

Puff pastry tongues
- Roll out the finished dough to 5-10 mm (which puffs you like), thin ones crunch more.
- Cut into freeform puffs.
- It is better to cut the edges of the dough with a sharp knife. Cropping can also be used.
- Pour sugar on a board, lay the puff blanks on it and roll with a rolling pin.
- Place the puffs on a baking sheet, sugar side up.
- You can add apple or candied fruit slices on top.
Bake at a temperature of 220 ° C - 230 ° C degrees.
Baking time is approximately 20-25 minutes.
