Why torment yourself with hunger, rigid diets, undermine your health (and I went through all this), if you can lose weight with more gentle methods?
In the spring, or rather in early May, it will be 2 years since I changed my lifestyle, switched to proper nutrition (PP) and become slimmer on a calorie deficit. My result is already minus 59 kg and there is just a little bit left.
Calorie counting and their deficit with a balance of carbohydrates, fats and proteins is one of the most gentle for the body (including our psyche) and effective methods of losing weight.
I must say that all other methods of losing weight are based on the consumption of fewer calories (in the end, all diets boil down to this).
But when calculating KBZHU (calories / proteins / fats / carbohydrates), we get the substances the body needs, without depriving it of most of the beneficial trace elements.
I made my choice - it's just proper nutrition (well, or about PP) and a calorie deficit for weight loss.
Want to lose weight - the choice is yours! But we must understand that a new lifestyle and nutritional control is forever, if we do not want to return everything back.
I'll tell you about my menu for the day.
My breakfast today consisted of two boiled eggs, 90 g of homemade ham and two loaves of bread (10 g) with curd cheese (20 g).
Green tea in the morning, vitamins and omega-3 is a must-have ritual.
Breakfast for 370 kcal.
As for the homemade ham that I made with the ham maker. I still like everything and as soon as we eat this ham, I will experiment and look for new tastes.
The only thing is that all the nitrite salt was sorted out on the website where I wanted to order it and now I don't know where to buy it.
Can you help me and give me links to stores where it is on sale?
After breakfast, set to work.
During work I took a break for a snack.
And I have a snack today - you won't believe it - practically a cake!
Or rather, a currant pie according to the subscriber's recipes, which I greased with yogurt and sprinkled with cocoa.
Snack - 90 g of currant pie with the addition of 70 g of natural yogurt and green tea.
The snack turned out to be 200 kcal.
Closer to dinner, I freed up time to make a smoked-flavored pea soup. Remember this recipe I have? After this recipe, many people fell in love with smoked paprika, judging by your feedback.
My lunch is 380 g of pea soup and 50 g of chicken drumstick meat.
Happened 260 kcal.
For dinner I boiled buckwheat and finished the last portion of chicken breast in a creamy sauce.
The result was dinner - 120 g of boiled buckwheat, 160 g of chicken in a creamy sauce - 360 kcal.
And later with tea 40 g of dried mango - 100 kcal.
In just a day it turned out 1290 kcal. I drink water (30 ml per kilogram of weight), I do physical education at home.
I have already told you more than once in articles and in the comments, answering your questions, that I am trying buy now only the most necessary from clothes, since clothes gradually become all the same great.
And here the other day the jeans that I am now wearing did not have time to dry, and I urgently had to run away on business. And I had to get those jeans that were bought exactly a year ago and are with me just in case, because they became too big. I haven't worn them for 2 months already. And having put them on, I almost lost.
During these two months (taking into account that there was a plateau of about a month), my old jeans became even bigger for me!

Still, the most significant indicator (sorry for the tautology) of losing weight is how clothes began to fit on you!
I wish all of us new updates a few sizes smaller!
