Hello friends! This is "Kitchen Inside Out". Very, very simple, but delicious salad from the most affordable products!
Prepares in a few minutes. You can serve such a salad in a common salad bowl, but you can put it on croutons or in tartlets.
First, pickle onions. Chop finely. I add hectare to the tip of a teaspoon of salt and the same amount of sugar, here also a teaspoon of vinegar and half a glass of water. Stir and leave for 15-20 minutes.
I boiled the rice in salted water in advance and cooled it down.
I add boiled eggs, cut into small cubes, and pickled onions to the rice (I drained the liquid, of course).

You can limit yourself to this salad only with pickled onions. But I always marinate only half of the onion, and fry the other half in a little vegetable oil. And I also send it to the salad. The taste of the salad turns out to be much more interesting!
But the main ingredient in this salad is canned fish. I have mackerel today. But, of course, you can take any canned food. Knead with a fork and send to the rest of the ingredients. I first drain the liquid (but you don't have to do this - then the salad will turn out juicier).
It remains to add mayonnaise and mix well. I have homemade mayonnaise, but I have nothing against store-bought mayonnaise - it's also delicious with it!
The amount of mayonnaise to taste. Two tablespoons are enough for us.
Sprinkle the salad with green onions and serve!
RECIPE:
• Rice - 0.5 cups
• Eggs (boiled) - 4 pcs.
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Canned fish (I have mackerel) - 1 can
• Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
For the marinade:
• Salt - a pinch
• Sugar - a pinch
• Vinegar 9% - 1 tsp.
• Water - 0.5 cups
