But more about that later, but today about the pie. I've been thinking about it for a long time and here it is. Rhubarb Pie with Candied Ginger Streusel

Ingredients: Candied Ginger (Soft-Ingver), Flour, Brown Sugar, Salt, Cold Butter, Rhubarb, Sugar

Finely chop the ginger. And she mixed everything very quickly, it was necessary to achieve that the dough was like peas, but (it's hard to believe) at this moment, when I I wanted to turn on the processor - they turned off the electricity, so I had to work with my hands and crumbs like peas did not work out. Having quickly rolled up a bun, I sent it to the refrigerator to rest, and I myself took up the rhubarb. Now you need to turn on the oven and heat it to T 170 gr.

Select the weight you need and add two tablespoons of granulated sugar and mix.

We line the bottom of the baking dish with baking paper, take our streusel out of the refrigerator and divide it in half, pouring half into the form. Lay out the rhubarb.

Pour finely chopped candied fruits into the second part of the streusel, pour onto rhubarb, level.

We bake for 40 minutes, watch, I was ready in 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla sauce or whipped cream. I cooked vanilla cream for half a liter of milk according to my recipe, where, while still hot, I added 50-60 grams of cl. elasticity oils.
