This is not my first honey cake. But no matter how many times I do it, so many times it is different. So today the children asked for a cake 😁.
Ingredients: premium flour, CB eggs, granulated sugar, honey, slate oil. or margarine, soda, salt, For cream, sour cream 30%, condensed milk, lemon juice
Cooking method:
Prepare all ingredients.
Melt butter and honey in a water bath. Cool down.
Beat the egg with sugar and salt until whitened. Combine both masses and heat in a water bath for another 10 minutes. Stir constantly.
Pour the sifted flour with soda in portions. Knead the dough. Not all of my torment has gone away.
Cover the dough and leave to rest for 15 minutes. Divide into 8-9 pieces and roll out. Cut to shape. I used a frying pan lid. Pierce the rolled cakes with a fork or knife. Place on parchment.
Bake at 180 * C for literally 5 minutes. They are baked VERY fast!!! Remove from the sheet and remove the paper.
For the cream, mix sour cream and condensed milk. Add some lemon juice. Beat everything well. If the sour cream is thin, then you can put a thickener for sour cream.
Gather all the cakes together and align the sides. Grind the crumb. She will go for sprinkling. Grease the plate on which we will collect the cake with cream and put the first cake. Grease well with cream. And so to do with all the cakes. Leave a little more cream on the top cake. Coat the sides of the cake. Sprinkle with crumbs. Decorate to your liking. That's it, the cake is ready. Can be left in the refrigerator to soak.
