Carrot cake (I baked in a slow cooker)

Ingredients: flour, eggs, sugar, walnuts (grind with a blender), carrots (grate on a fine grater), vegetable oil, soda, baking powder, Zest of 1 orange, salt, Cream:, butter, Mascorpone cheese, powdered sugar

Cooking method:

Beat eggs with sugar until white foam, I beat for 10 minutes. Add oil and soda. Stir everything with a mixer at low speed.

The mixer is no longer needed, we will continue to interfere with everything with a spatula (I have silicone from Faberlic). Pour flour with baking powder into the protein mass. From the bottom up, slowly knead so that there are no lumps.

Next, add the zest and carrots, knead. Add nuts. Okay, mix evenly.

Pour into a multicooker bowl and bake until done. I have 50 min. program for baking, I set it 2 times for 40 minutes. If there is no slow cooker, you can bake in the oven!

After laying the finished cake on the wire rack. Let cool completely. Cut into 3 cakes. I cut off a little from the top for crumbs.

Next, grease each cake and sides with cream. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Let stand for a couple of hours and enjoy!

This cake can be decorated however you like. I made myself a test, so I just smeared it with cream and sprinkled it with crumbs!
