Cooking method:
The caviar is good, but wash it carefully so as not to break the nappies.
Cut the caviar bag into pieces.
Carefully peel off the eggs layer by layer with a spoon, remove the film. As a result, the eggs remain on the board, and the film is in your hand.
We transfer the caviar into a large bowl (such that it is convenient to drain the water).
We rinse many times with plenty of water. Pour in water, stir, let the caviar settle and drain. And so many times.
Put salt in a bowl with clean caviar and stir for 15 minutes until a white foam forms on the surface. The salt will dissolve and the caviar will be salted.
Add sunflower oil and stir for another 3 minutes.
We put the caviar in jars and leave it in the refrigerator to salt for 3 days!
