A simple recipe for cutlets. Now I hardly cook ordinary meat!
Hello friends! This is "Kitchen Inside Out". I have a lot of cutlet recipes. And I have already shared many recipes with you.
I also have lean cabbage cutlets.
And the most tender fish cakes.
AND sausage and cheese cutlets.
AND onion cutlets.
And even buckwheat cutlets (completely without meat), which cannot be distinguished from meat either externally or even in taste!
Of course, I also have regular meat cutlets, and chicken cutlets with cottage cheese (which I cook for my baby), and cutlets in dough (sooo delicious!). There are many interesting recipes here:
But today I have one of our favorite cutlet recipes!
It is something! I don't know if any of you have tried such cutlets before, but I'm sure that if you try it at least once, for sure cook more often than regular meat! And not because it is inexpensive, but because it is very, very tasty!
Here's what I need (this amount makes 15-18 medium cutlets!):
• Chicken fillet - 500 g
• Sauerkraut - 500 g
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Semolina - 2-3 tbsp.
• Ground black pepper
• Salt
• Breadcrumbs
We call these patties "puff" for their texture. But my dad called out "fermented". My dad liked them sooooo much, and now mom cooks such cutlets even on holidays!
I squeeze sauerkraut from juice and chop finely. I just cut it!
Combine minced chicken, cabbage and finely chopped onion in a bowl. I also add an egg, semolina, salt and spices to this. I mix well and leave for 20 minutes, so that the semolina swells a little.
With wet hands I form cutlets, roll them in bread crumbs and put them in a pan with heated oil. I fry on low heat, then turn over, cover with a lid, reducing the heat even more and cook for another 5-6 minutes. The cutlets have time to cook completely.
But if it seems to you that they are not ready, put out additionally. You can cook such cutlets without breading. You can not fry, but bake in the oven - in any case, it will turn out very tasty!
Here's a cutaway:
Watch the video. There, in addition to these cutlets, there are 3 more recipes from sauerkraut and chicken fillet. They are just as delicious !!!
