Meat solyanka in a slow cooker - a recipe for the lazy

Ingredients:

250 gr. smoked sausages (Krakow sausage)
2 smoked pork ribs
carrot
onion
2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
4 pickled cucumbers
pitted or pitted olives
lemon
4 cloves of garlic
5 black peppercorns
3 allspice peas
2-3 pcs. bay leaf
salt
greens
water
vegetable oil

How to cook:

1. Prepare the ingredients - cut peeled onions into strips, grate carrots, cut pickled cucumbers into strips or cubes.

Also cut the ribs along the bones and into pieces, and cut the sausage into cubes.

It is advisable to cut all products for such a hodgepodge either into strips (cubes, strips) or cubes. It will be tastier and more interesting this way.

2. Pour 2-4 tbsp into the multicooker bowl. l. vegetable oil. Set the "Fry" program for 1 hour and first fry the onion, then add the carrots to it and after 5-7 minutes the tomato paste.

3. Now it's the turn to put pickles in a slow cooker, mix and simmer under the lid for another 2-3 minutes.

4. Fill the bowl with water, about 2 liters, maybe more. Here we put our smoked meats, peppercorns, bay leaves and salt to taste.

5. Reset the previous mode and set the "Soup" or "Stew" program for 30-35 minutes. Cook with the lid closed.

6. Cut the lemon and olives into thin slices. The lemon must then be cut into quarters. You will also need finely chopped herbs and garlic, if desired.

7. After the signal from the multicooker, put sliced ​​lemon, olives, chopped herbs and garlic into the hodgepodge. Mix well.

8. Turn off the device and let the salt water brew without heating for another 15-20 minutes.

Done! Serve with sour cream.
