We all come from childhood, and in my childhood there was always soup. Mom cooked different soups, and no one was particularly guided by me, what I like and what not. Now the time is different and our children eat only what they like, and we adapt to their tastes and preferences. Well, my child doesn't eat any soups except fish and chicken. I already described the fish soup on my page, so it's time to write a recipe for chicken soup.
Now it's not a problem to buy homemade chicken, but I still prefer to cook soup from this, therefore for chicken soup we need:
Homemade chicken - ½ pcs.
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Onion - 1 pc.
Vermicelli - 50 gr.
Egg - 1pc.
First you need to boil the chicken, because it is homemade, then I usually boil it for about 40 minutes to make the broth rich. I put a whole onion with the chicken. After 20-30 minutes, when the onion gives off its flavor, I throw it away (no one eats onion either).
While the chicken is cooking, I cut the potatoes and a small piece of carrot into strips.
About 40 minutes after boiling the chicken, I add vegetables to the broth and let them cook for another 10 minutes, the next step is noodles. Choose which vermicelli you like, I take a small cobweb. It cooks very quickly.
Put the vermicelli, the next step is the egg. Beat it with a whisk
and add to the pot while stirring the soup continuously (mom always did that).
Let the soup cook for a few more minutes, and remove the pan from the electric stove. if it continues to sit on the stove, your soup will continue to languish and turn into porridge.
That's all! The soup is ready! Bon Appetit everyone!
