So, take 2 mackerel. Cut off the tails and heads, gutting, remove the black film with the inner surface of the abdomen, and the mackerel because it may taste bitter.
We prepare the brine. The pot put onion peel about 2 handful, 2 bay leaves, 3-5 peas allspice, tea brew 2 teaspoons (black tea without flavorings), 3 tablespoons of salt, 1.5 tablespoons sugar and 1 liter fill water. After boiling, cook for 5-7 minutes, brine and allowed to cool.
